How do I get paid?

A product's net sales price must be paid to the seller by Wednesday of the week after seven (7) calendar days have passed since the day Kristamall received confirmation that the product had been delivered to the customer; however, if the seventh day falls on or after Wednesday of the relevant week, the net sales price must be paid the following Wednesday. Payment usually takes between 15 and 21 days to arrive because funds are directly put into your designated account once a week. Each week, payment information will be emailed to you. You can also access each settlement through your Seller Portal account.

Yes. If they match our requirements, our promotional tools provide sellers the chance to boost sales. In order to create a structured plan that identifies and targets effective marketing vehicles for peak performance, our merchandising team collaborates closely with our sellers.

When a seller's products are sold on a website, Kristamall will levy sales tax on the seller's behalf. When necessary and for purchases dispatched from Kristamall fulfillment centers, Kristamall will gather the required sales tax from customers. The Countys where the Kristamall fulfillment centers are situated will be charged this tax. On behalf of the seller, Kristamall will send all sales tax revenue to the appropriate taxing bodies. By signing this agreement, Seller guarantees that Kristamall won't be held responsible for any failure to charge, collect, and/or remit the correct amount of sales tax with regard to any sales of Seller Products on the Website.

How will my seller performance be impacted by my seller feedback rating?

As a measure of seller performance, we pay close attention to the average seller feedback score as well as the proportion of orders with negative feedback scores compared to the total number of orders. Sellers need to keep their overall average seller rating above the 3-Kristamall threshold.

The client experience is of utmost significance to Kristamall. For thousands of Kristamall value customers to purchase with confidence from our third party seller community, we have established acceptable standards on customer experience-related performance indicators. The performance measurements for our third party sellers are periodically updated in line with our ongoing efforts to find innovative methods to enhance the customer experience at Kristamall.

The Kristamall Marketplace's third-party seller rating scale ranges from 1 to 5, with 5 Kristas being the highest possible score. Consumers can post comments, reviews, and/or ratings after placing an order with a third-party seller to share their experiences with other customers. 4 to 5 Krista ratings are regarded as favorable experiences, 3 as neutral, and 1 to 2 Krista ratings as unfavorable ones.
