Returns
When you buy at Kristamall, you can do it with assurance because you may return your purchase to us and, as long as you follow the instructions below, we'll give you an exchange, refund, or repair if you're not totally happy. Any purchase from Kristamall, whether made in one of our stores or online, is subject to the terms of this policy.
If the product's condition isn't upholding its end of the agreement, we'll fix it without any trouble since we want you to be completely satisfied with your Kristamall purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Please take note that one of the following Proof of Purchase documentation must be included with any requests for returns, refunds, exchanges, or repairs:
(i) Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)
(ii) riginal return/exchange receipt
Product damaged upon arrival
In the unlikely event that your products arrive broken or malfunctioning, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Any Kristamall shop will accept returns for all online purchases, but if you'd like to speak with someone, email us at customercare@kristamall.com
Have a warranty claim?
Every item that is displayed on our website is covered by the applicable Institutions warranty. The cost of returning damaged goods to Kristamall is the responsibility of the client
We will make every effort to ensure that your warranty is processed smoothly in terms of warranty claims. Since we have excellent relationships with all of our suppliers, we will coordinate directly with them to make sure that any warranty problems are resolved quickly. Every purchase must, in the end, leave you satisfied, and we will do all possible to make sure that happens.
Eligibility
The following situations may warrant a refund for the buyer:
1. Fails to match the listing
2. Likely to be fake or unauthentic
3. Fails to work
4. Damaged
5. Product is lacking
6. incorrect item
Depending on the type of concern the Buyer is presenting, the Buyer is required to provide full, precise responses to specific questions regarding the received item as well as any requested photos. Other concerns can come up during this procedure, and they might or might not lead to a return or refund.
In these situations, the cost of returning the goods to Kristamall, whether in one of our stores or online, is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment method
If appropriate and at Kristamall's exclusive discretion, we will reimburse using your original payment method or on a Kristamall Gift Card. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase from us is something we are confident about. However, having rules in place is a good idea for everyone in case something unfortunate occurs.
