How can I tell if a product I ordered is in back order?

Most of our items are currently in stock. In most cases, we don't accept backorders for items that aren't in stock.

Only orders that have not been prepared for despatch can be amended or cancelled. Due to the fact that purchases are often sent within one working day, we are unable to guarantee that requests to cancel or amend orders will be honored. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with customer service right away.

No, you are not required to create an account to make a purchase; but, doing so has several advantages, including a quicker online purchasing procedure and the ability to save your delivery addresses for later use. You can also look back on previous purchases and see how your ordered things are doing with delivery.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed. Usually, this happens in a day. If this is your first time shopping with us online, please be aware that it can end up in your junk or spam folder.

Paypal and Mpesa are two of the current payment options.

No. Tax is not included in the prices that are mentioned on the product feed. At the checkout, the total cost is computed with tax.
